Nov 23, 2019#10 2019-11-23T17:25Yeah wolves and everything else. I have higher standards than that. “Kevin is proven at basketball, I saw him hit a 3 pointer in the backyard”. Oh… yeah thats pretty good…. ummm… I just thought we were talking about NBA legends of the 80s and 90s… “Yeah, 80s, 90s, my 10 year old son, whatever… whats the difference? He can dribble between his legs you know” … ok… Free all the members Free yp Free celly Free lekky Free mondas Free Dr Ass Free Cherny Free Dale Free Lycaon Free Tundra Eagle Free bigbonns Free saiyamel Free gato Free reddhole Free Apollyon Free perrault

Nov 23, 2019#8 2019-11-23T16:57Pitbulls are not going to be “overpowered” by a NW wolf. Pitbulls arent that small. A gamebred pitbull can be 75 lbs, a decent working catch dog pitbull could be 90 lbs or even more. NW wolves are usually 115 lbs and on rare occassion up to 145 lbs. 60 lbs Pitbulls have beaten 200 lbs alabais, kangals and BKs. Theyve lost as well, but theyve won, too. No wolf in history is anywhere near as powerful as those dogs, and thats actually a confirmed fact demonstrated by pleistocene wolf bones. Those same bones are also dramatically less robust and powerful than pitbull like bones. A pitbull MIGHT be killed by a NW wolf, the same way it MIGHT be killed by a kangal, BK, tosa or alabai. It could totally win as well, wouldnt be strange at all. Its a proven great fighter unlike all these wild animals we baselessly speculate about. Nov 23, 2019#3 2019-11-23T05:22I thought it was a fair matchup, because I dont see it out of the realm of possibility that the cheetah wins. The only true mismatch a cheetah has been put in amonst canids was against the NW wolf. Anyway, we have to assume a gamebred pit here, as a cheetah can certainly kill a “petbull” if a bobcat or coyote can. In theory, a cheetah has the forelimb strength to subdue and kill any pitbull (gamebred or not), so it comes to down to the actual execution of such… Can a cheetah subdue and kill a pit in time before stamina failure? I would say, if my money was on it, that no… the pitbull would fight its way out of the cheetahs submission attempt and wear it out until the cheetah is exhausted, beaten up, and cant take anymore. However, I dont think that outcome is 100%… I do feel a big cheetah could kill any pitbull in some confrontations.

That was cool and all, and sure its a possibile outcome, but the way people just shut up shop and think a match-up is settled by one video or account is pretty stupidly hilarious. #4: Hyena — Power in Numbers

Hyenas and lions have a lot in common, but their shared habits and habitats make them fierce adversaries. Hyenas are known for eating their prey alive to prevent their kill from getting poached by lions or other larger predators — and they’re also known to scavenge the kills of lions. Territorial disputes and conflicts over carcasses are common, and victory often comes down to sheer numbers.

Lions are more likely to steal kills from hyenas than the other way around, and, even though these animals can kill a lion, hyenas will generally admit defeat easily and settle to merely harass the lions who have taken over the carcass and steal bits of meat where they can. But in instances where hyenas outnumber lions six to one or where the threat takes the form of smaller lionesses and young males, hyenas have been known to go in for the kill with their sharp claws and bone-crunching teeth.

The lion may be considered the king of the jungle, but that doesn’t mean that this predator is invincible. Lions go after some very tough prey who fight back with all of their considerable strength and cunning. While lions do not have any natural predators, their prey will do all they can to kill a lion. The African habitats that these big cats call home have bred a variety of dangerous creatures — and many of them are willing to take down a lion whether it’s in self-defense or as an act of territorial opportunity. Here are eight animals that have been known to kill a lion in the right situation.
