A survey from Banfield Pet Hospital found that 62 percent of pet owners admitted that their pets obesity diagnosis left them feeling uncomfortable. Of the 1,000 pet owners (whose animals were either overweight or obese) surveyed, 93 percent also said they face hurdles in maintaining a healthy weight for their pets at home.
