There’s a hilarious TikTok theory about Bluey’s parents.
Bluey is an Australian cartoon that takes place in Australia. All of the characters have accents, which honestly might explain why kids are so attracted to the series, especially since Peppa Pig was once *the* show to watch and parents couldnt believe the British accents their little ones adopted by association.
But one TikTok user carefully examined background scenery on Bluey to determine where exactly the characters live.
According to the users findings, Bluey and her family live in a home that might cost millions of dollars in real life. However, given the facts about Blueys parents jobs, it doesnt make sense for them to be able to afford such an extravagant house.
The TikToker explained in his video that Blueys mom works in airport security and her dad is an archaeologist. Based on the median pay for these jobs, they would not be able to afford a house that costs upwards of $1 million. Article continues below advertisement
So, the TikToker shared the following theory: Because Blueys mom can bypass airport security, her dad digs up expensive items that he doesnt report — and together, they get up to some sneaky activity regarding crossing borders and making a killing with illegal dealings. Its pretty wild as far as theories go for a kids TV series. Article continues below advertisement
Daley shared that he’s heard about the theory and he feels “its the best thing in the world” to connect with viewers so much.
“I love it. I love seeing TikToks and seeing all these insane theories,” he told us. “Its just ridiculous how much [Bluey has] connected with people for them to have fun with it. Because I have fun with shows like that and the shows I love like that.”

“Career Pinnacle! my sweet lady wife and I got to voice a few pooches in the new season of Bluey coming out soon! I am genuinely star struck to be the Hammerbarn employee in this quick scene with Bandit. My hero. In all seriousness, we luuuurrve Bluey, it’s imagination, it’s heart, its Aussie-ness, its celebration of playing, it’s perfect wry ability to capture the challenges and above all, joys, of being a parent. Plus it’s genuinely hilarious (the Hammerbarn ep, which is the Bluey World’s take on Bunnings, made me LOL) Simply put we, like everyone, are a big Bluey house. When the chance came up to be part of it, there was only one possible response: whackadoo. ”
Bluey’s composer, Joff Bush, composed the album with his music team and the cover artwork is designed by Joe Brumm, the creator of Bluey at Ludo Studio. The perfect soundtrack fun and play at home or an outdoor adventure, the album features 17 tracks, all original compositions from Series 1 of the animated series.
Dave McCormack is the former frontman for 90s rock band, Custard. He voices Bluey’s dad, Bandit. Actor Melanie Zanetti voices Bluey’s mum, Chilli, and the show welcomes regular guest appearances from radio host Myf Warhurst (as Aunt Trixie), musician Megan Washington (as teacher Calypso), and surfer Layne Beachley (as, you guessed it, a surfer).
The ABC’s Head of Children’s Production, Libbie Doherty said, “We are excited to confirm, that more Bluey is on its way! As we roll out this new season with heart-warming and hilarious new episodes, the excellent Ludo team will be hard at work again making series 3. Thank you to all Australians young and old who have loved Bluey as much as we do.”
“Bingo is Blueys younger sister. She’s five years old, and a red heeler like her mum. Bingo also likes to play, but she is a bit quieter than Bluey, so is more likely to be the customer than the shop owner. Sometimes though, when Bluey asks her to be the doctor, rather than the patient, she really enjoys it. When she’s not playing you can find her in the yard talking to tiny bugs or off lost in her own beautiful world.”
Bingo is a Red Heeler with light cream, orange and dark orange fur. She has cream feet, hands, tail tip, chest, muzzle and eyebrows, orange legs, arms, tail stem, torso and inner ears, and a dark orange tail spot, back spot, left and right head and outer ears. She also has a brown nose.
Bingo is one of the Heelers family member. Shes a daughter of Bandit and Chilli and has an older sister called Bluey, a niece of Stripe and Trixie, a cousin of Muffin and Socks and a granddaughter of Bob and Nana. Her neighbourhood friends includes Lucky and Judo. Shes also friends with most students from The Kindy and best friends with Lila.
Bingo is a character that loves to play. Shes rather on the passive side and often depends on her older sister when playing as mentioned on the official page and seen on many episodes such as Hairdressers. She likes to observe tiny bugs as seen on episodes such as The Weekend and Bingo. She doesnt like to play rough as seen on episode Yoga Ball. Shes smart and has broad knowledge of everyday things as seen on episodes Fruitbat and The Dump. She can get heartbroken when people or Bluey make fun of her or when she thinks they are making fun of her, as seen in Favourite Thing.
Why does Bluey look like a boy?
