Immediately blot with a clean absorbent, colorfast cloth or paper towel. Repeat as necessary. For carpet, vacuum to restore carpet pile after it is dry. Test a hidden area of carpet or fabric for colorfastness. Allow test area to dry. If color bleeds or discolors, fabric or carpet is not colorfast.

Looking for the best carpet cleaner for pet urine? Made in USA since 1980, OdoBan Disinfectant and Odor Eliminator Concentrate is an effective, affordable pet odor remover. OdoBan eliminates pet odors at the source, making it one of the best dog pee cleaners, perfect for removing pet urine from carpets. OdoBan is pH neutral and safe for use on most carpets when used as directed.
To remove dried pet urine stains that have soaked deep into the carpet, a soaking application may be necessary to completely get old urine smell out of carpet. Pour the OdoBan solution on the stain, saturating the surface. This will allow OdoBan to reach the source of the pet urine odors deep in the sponge rubber, below the carpet’s surface. Allow OdoBan to sit for 10 minutes, before press drying with a clean cloth. Do not scrub. Repeat press drying until cloth comes away dry. A carpet extractor or wet vacuum may also be used. Proper drying is critical. Repeat application and drying, as needed.
With your OdoBan pet urine odor remover spray ready, remove as much loose soil from the area as you can. For wet pee spots, soak as much liquid up as possible using clean rags or paper towels and pressure. Do not scrub the carpet, as this can damage carpet fibers, altering their appearance.
After use, allow the carpet to completely dry. If babies, infants, or very sensitive pets will contact the carpet, follow up with a plain water extraction to minimize cleaner residue on the carpet. To do this, run the carpet cleaning machine over the area without OdoBan solution, instead, only using plain water.
After mixing OdoBan in a spray bottle, always label your OdoBan solution (for example, “pet odor eliminator spray”). You can find free printable secondary labels on our website.
