According to Dog Food Advisor, the voluntary recall is due to “quality issues” with the foil layer that seals the top of some wet food containers. The affected lids are on 17 types of Blue Divine Delights and Blue Wilderness Trail Trays.
A post by PetSmart Corporate explains that the pet store chain is “not aware of any dogs becoming ill from these products.”
