First the trainer analyzed the things that my dog struggle to learn or have to be reinforced, and then she explained to me what she’s going to do with my dog in a such nice and understanding way then she started teaching my dog. My dog was able to catch all things what she taught him. The trainer took her time to teach not rushed and she even gave me a collar for my dog, and allowed me to practice with him all the things that she taught him. Great, Great just great!Prior to taking a much needed trip, I needed someone capable who I could trust to walk my extremely leash reactive german shepherd and upon coming across Dominik I decided to give him a try. Fido Fidelis Dog Training gave me the tools i needed to take my dog Chance from good dog to great dog. With stereotypes on the breed dog i own, i wanted Chance to have his obedience down pat to prove to others that it is not the breed but the owners. Not only did they help with his obedience they also got him to stop jumping at cars while walking on a busy street. Then after that, we were able to get him to do recall. Once we learned proper recall, Chance was able to progress to off-leash training. Our trainer was 100% sure Chance would do good. I was nervous that he would run away. There is also a lot of bad advice and mythology out there. By working one on one with every client, we create happy and healthy homes for all our pups!
I adopted my first dog, Laz, in 2013 (although I have been working with dogs since 2009); it was casually mentioned that he “didnt like other dogs.” That was an understatement. Rather than giving up on him, I set out to learn every little thing I could about dog training in order to help this helpless little guy who had a crappy start in life and just needed a little help to get turned around. It took about a year, but he learned how to read other dogs body language, how to greet other dogs, and how to play with other dogs! He even has an adopted brother that he loves! The process was so enriching and fulfilling for me, that I knew it was my destiny in life to help as many dogs and humans as I can. I have worked hard everyday to continue to learn the best training methods; my best teachers are, of course, the dogs that I work with – every single one of them has taught me something invaluable.
