Peanut Butter Powder Is Real and It’s Awesome
This may come across as a surprise but dehydrated peanut butter in powder form is a very real thing. Whisk in 1/4 tablespoon of peanut butter powder (Amazon link) into the water for a happy and hydrated doggy.
Most dogs love peanut butter so it would hardly be any effort to get yours to finish its bowl up. But do keep in mind not to do this too often as peanut butter powder is generally very calorie intense.

I work hard to make sure my dogs want to drink enough water to keep hydrated, cool and healthy – and I do it with flavored dog water.
Offer a Variety of Water Bowls
Some dogs like to drink from ceramic bowls, some stainless steel bowls, and some plastic or glass bowls.
Keep a variety of bowls in the house or stick to one style that you know your dog likes.
If your dog doesn’t drink a lot of water try switching your dog’s water bowl.

An elevated bowl might be more comfortable for older dogs to drink from
It’s suggested that a dog or cat’s bowl is raised to a level above the wrist and below the elbow.
At this height, less stress is put on the muscles, ligaments, tendons, vertebrae, and intervertebral discs of the neck because the head remains at a normal level instead of having to stretch to the ground to lap water or grasp food and then lift back up to swallow.

Vegetables and fruits are high in water content. Cats cannot tolerate vegetables or fruits in large quantities as they are carnivores.
