When he runs out, he uses his drug brownie, which gets the dog high and he lies down. Somewhat conscious albeit drugged, Chico befriends Roach. At the end of the movie, he rescues Craig, Day-Day and Roach by biting Deebo in his right arm and preventing him from killing them off. Chico is last seen being carried by Roach out of Day-Days home.
