It also features a handy wall mount for permanently installing it out of the way. It also plugs directly into the wall, so you never need to worry about replacing batteries or charging.

Unfortunately, this model is only water-resistant, so you cannot expose it to rain or dew, which limits its outside usefulness. We also didn’t like the design of this model. It doesn’t mount flush against the wall; instead, you install a mounting plate to the wall and attach the device to that. This system allows you to remove the device from the plate once installed, but the only reason to remove it is to adjust the sensitivity. When the bark controller is attached to the wall plate, it juts out and is extremely fragile. Any accidental bump will break the mount. We would have liked this model a lot more if they brought the sensitivity setting to the front so it can mount firmly to the wall. It’s also challenging to adjust the sensitivity settings, and it requires a screwdriver.Pros
